More than 15 years of experience, wide cooperation with engineers from technical institutes and research companies in combination with cost-effective development and production allowed us to bring high-level professionall ruggedized products to market at competitive prices.

Precise Milling Services |

Our in-house high production 5X milling centre with a unique and impressive machine concept is used for the efficient machining of tools, moulds and series-produced parts. This machining centre with NC swivelling rotary table and with powerful CAD/CAM software is capable of generating truly precise customized solutions even in small volumes. We are able to effectively cover prototyping, verification and production.
The control unit is designed for sophisticated milling processes and deliver numerous advantages, whether for tool manufacturing and mould making, in production machining and in high-speed machining or in individual milling jobs from single-part production to series manufacturing.
This control unit for our 5X milling centre is powerful, user-friendly, upwardly compatible and workshop oriented, which means that it is conceived for programming right at the machine.
We can easily to work at the machine or at a programming station at the same time. We can program our own conventional milling, drilling, and boring operations at the machine in dialog with the control. For simple work - such as face milling - we need not write a program, since it is easy to operate the machine manually with the control unit. The control unit can be programmed remotely just as well on a CAD/CAM system or at a programming station. NC programs for five-axis operations are normally written on CAD/CAM systems. The workpiece geometry is described in the CAD system, while the required technology data is added in the CAM system.
Owing to its quality and high precision, we can also increasingly use the CNC with great success for the production of small and medium lots. The press brake services | |||
Our new TruBend press brake – of the TruBend Series 5000 – combines a variety of advantages. The machine is flexible enough to manage the widest range of applications. We are abble to produce large or small, complex or simple components – the patented technology will ensure the bending angles are correct from the very start. Also the supplementary equipment allows us to assemble a machine to precisely fulfill your requirements.
Our new TruBend press brake is an innovative machine, and we have the choice of two processes: free bending or embossed bending. Both have their advantages. The highlight of free bending is the ability to bend angles between 30 and 180 without having to change tools. Extremely small leg lengths can be bent using the embossed bending process. In contrast to free bending, embossed bending requires a new tool setup for each new angle.
One of the highlights of our press brake from the TruBend Series 5000 is using 4-cylinder technology insted of 2-cylinder technology. With this patented concept, the press force is applied quickly, precisely and most importantly, with even distribution on the beam which significantly reduces buckling. So, we are abble to ensure that your components will be manufactured with optimum quality.
The flat design of the front cover panel provides additional advantages. There is more edge clearance enabling even large, heavily pivoting components to be manufactured without restrictions.
Integrated crowning provides the parallels between the beam and the table, ensuring that exactly the same angle is bent over the entire length of the machine. The CNC crowning is fully automated. |

Engineering / Design / CAD / CAM Department | |||
Our CAD/CAM department offers the latest in computer-aided drafting & design technology to provide viable, cost-effective parts and assemblies for customers.
Draftsmen can electronically perfect 3D designs to ensure no time is wasted making a part that would not be functional. When the drawing is completed and approved by the quality control manager, files from the CAD (Computer-Aided Drafting & Design) system are transferred directly to the CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) system. Then specialized machinists make the actual part using CNC equipment interfaced with CAD/CAM technology.
Our draftsmen can also utilize Pro-Engineer™ and SolidEdge™ files supplied by our customers. Software such as SolidWorks™ and SolidCAM™ allows our CAD/CAM department to render 3-D models and simulate milling operations. |
